What is MDTalk
MDTalk is an application that provides quick and easy access to healthcare in non-emergency settings. This eliminates the need to visit a doctor's office and wait hours before seeing a doctor. Patients can log into the online portal and schedule video or telephone consultations with board certified doctors, therapists, psychiatrists and dermatologists wherever you are.
UX/UI Design
When you create a brand identity for a digital product, you should always think how to apply this visual language to all ecosystem components including the marketing website, actual iOS or Android application, marketing emails, etc. Fortunately, I designed the UI/UX for the MDTalk iOS application, so I had a chance to make sure that all design elements work consistently and align correctly.
User Experience Research
I expect the age demographic to be between 20 and 45, as young people are influenced by their parents' mindsets, and older people are more likely to be disconnected due to trust issues and lack of technical expertise. The mindset of our target user is someone who needs to buy medicines, receive advice from experienced doctors and other medical issues in one place.
Wireframing
Using the structure of the user flow map, I first sketched out on paper the main features of the application. I went further by translating low fidelity wireframes.
After that, I created an interactive prototype of the screens to test the usability of the application.
